The breakfast was amazing. They have a social evening snack mon-wed. We have been to anaheim several times, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Sleeper couches were horrible but not a deal breaker. Next time we will book a family suite so everyone has a bed. Overall we recommend this hotel if you are going to be going to disney, as it is a short walk to downtown disney and you can avoid the parking lot line ups.

The staff needs to be more friendly. The feeling of the environment made me feel like my son and I weren’t welcomed there. We also had an issue with the keys and the door to the room I was staying in needs to be fixed. If I didn’t pay attention anymore could’ve walked into my room if I didn’t notice the door wasn’t closing and locking securely behind me. I had to put the door up with my weight to make sure the door closed by hearing a click. I did let the night staff know that something was wrong with the door. Also, no on explained anything to me about a deposit. I had no issue with doing so. It just wasn’t explained. That is not great communication especially because I am a high functioning adult with autism with a son who too had autism as well. Before I left I took pictures of how I left the room because I don’t trust the staff. I pray that customer service can be better with explanation and more welcoming. I won’t be coming back to that particular hotel. I didn’t feel like my race was welcomed there. I never had an issue like that before ever in any hotel. until I stayed there.

Room was in ok condition. Staff was helpful. Good location, about 7 dollar usd uber rider to and from Disneyland. Breakfast being included was helpful. It is exactly what you pay for, walls are thin you can hear everything in the hall ways so if you can ask for a room away from the elevator. If I was going back for a quick guys trip I would probably be ok staying there but would spend the extra cash if I was going with the family again.

It was a really nice stay, kitchen area was very clean, I will say there was a bunch of stains on the sofa bed mattress. Some noticeable floor stains but other then that it was a comfortable stay.

Room was ok. The hotel is noisy. They really need to install sound proof windows for the rooms that face the road. The breakfast was really slow at being refilled. For the price to stay i think i would pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was nice and spacious it accommodated our family. The property was very well-maintained clean even though we were there through Thanksgiving day and the staff had the day off housekeeping the grounds were still well-maintained. Trash picked up. Breakfast was delicious well stocked and a great variety. Definitely will be using this hotel again for our stay at Disneyland.

Our stay was ok… the shower would become backed up while we used it. I had to go down stairs to ask that the cleaners take care of it. I would have assumed that they would have noticed it while cleaning the showers. Also, there was not a bedding set for the pullout couch.

We were pleased with our stay here - we felt like the walk to Disney wasn't too bad (1/2 mile to downtown, 1/2 mile more to park gate), and we were thankful for breakfast, a clean facility, and a kitchenette to make food. We were placed in a disability room, so I'm not sure if that's why we had some interesting parts to our room - like the shower door only opened out onto the toilet, which didn't make a lot of sense. And the pull out bed was pretty uncomfortable with the mattress not even filling the space (our kid didn't care). Overall, would stay again though!
