Check in was easy but actually had to wait until 2 to be allowed into the office to check in . LOL! Room was clean the hotel was pretty peaceful and stores/food near the hotel . Took about 30 minutes to walk to Downtown Disney District not bad and a quick 6 minute uber ride to Disneyland from the hotel. Overall not a bad two night stay. Thank you

The first room, #123, we were given did not have a TV when we first entered the room and we had to report that. Weird that the hotel staff did not know about it and gave us that room. The guy at front reception was helpful and moved us to the next room. The new room, #124, that we were given was quite dirty on the floor and we had to use towels to clean our feet every time we got onto our beds. The cleanliness did get better over the next few days. The other issue we noticed was that of inadequate lighting in the bathroom which was an issue for showers. Other than these issues, it did the job and was a place we could easily come to sleep on every night after a busy day at the parks.

Terrible! Rooms had mold. No TV and the noise level was something else! We had to move 3 times. There was issues with all of the rooms! Never again! Terrible experience!!

Here’s a polished hotel review you can use: ⸻ I booked this hotel last minute for a quick Disney getaway, and overall it was a solid stay. The room was very spacious, which I really appreciated after long days at the parks. Some parts of the room could use a little updating, and the TV was a bit crooked, but nothing that ruined the experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and they even gave out some free items, which was such a nice touch. For room service, you do have to request a full cleaning, but they automatically take out the trash and refresh your towels without being asked — definitely a bonus! Perfect for a last-minute stay, close to Disney, and comfortable enough for the price. I’d stay again!

The staff was friendly and room was okay in cleanliness, but every night at around 3am the phone would ring super loud 3-4 times in a row. Very strange and startling so not sure what that was about 😅 also the wifi was very weak and couldn’t connect most the time. But overall it was okay especially considering the affordable price.

Very dirty. Muddy shoe prints. Stains on wall. Towels were stained. There was one wet towel folded on the bath tub. No inner waterproof shower curtain, water got all over bathroom floor. Room smelled like pee. Overwhelmingly. Bed sheets and pillows smelled gross, like they’ve been sitting in that pee room so the out being changed or washed for weeks. Pls never go there, I am scared for you.

Parking near our room was always available, staff since we arrived was amazing and answered all our questions throughout our stay, our room was always clean you rarely see that now, and there is a city bus stop directly outside of the hotel that takes you to the parks (roughly 4 stops)
