Horrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
On the first night of our stay, I went to the front desk to request two extra pillows. The receptionist, “Paul,” told me there would be a charge. When I asked how much, he suddenly accused us of having six people in our room (which was not true) and started yelling at me. I assumed there were cameras and decided to speak with a manager the next morning.
The next morning, another receptionist told us we had to vacate the property because Paul had written a false report that we had six people in the room. In reality, we were three adults with two children (ages 12 and 3). Imagine being told this while getting ready to take your kids to Disney. Instead of a vacation, we were met with stress and arguments.
We tried contacting management, but the office phone just rang, and staff laughed at us. We also discovered two other families were having the same issue.
This was an absolutely horrible experience. If you plan to stay here, be prepared for unfair treatment and unprofessional staff.
