Ben and Yannick went above and beyond to make sure my stay went smooth after a previous discrepancy which they admitted fault to without hesitation. The hotel itself is one of a kind, situated in a quiet area with private rooms with nice facilities in and great views.. I look forward to my 3rd visit

Spotless room. Incredible views from 15th floor. Bar was wonderful, good "bar food". Staff was OVER THE TOP helpful and accomodating. HIGHLY reccommend. While just an over night stay while en route to our ship for our cruise, would definately stay here in the future.

Room was filthy. Hairs in the hot tub. Dirt and spiderwebs all over and this isn’t the first time it’s been like that. The receptionist attempted intimidation and kept interrupting when I was trying to speak to his manager and had to be sent home. Completely unacceptable. Drain was blocked in the room. Booked a suite and wouldn’t let me give a deposit cash. Stayed many times before with much less issues but now never going back
