There were only two pillows and both of them were not meant for sleeping, and they were very small.The service was very slow there was only one person behind the desk, and there was a long line.There was a tissue box with only two tissues left. There should also be a bigger variety of breakfast.

Although we had a decent stay at this hotel both times we stayed there, there are a few things worth pointing out. The staff unfortunately has a somewhat cold touch to their demeanor. The 2nd time around, we found a dirty cup in our room and the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned in a rush. On December 31st when guest most likely would have liked to sit around the bar and socialize a bit......it was closed. I have never experienced this before at any hotel.

The room was not that clean, and the light over the sink did not work. The situation with the shuttle is very bad; it is an old bus that serves various different types of Ibis hotels and is not nearly big enough. The hotel itself if very nice: I appreciate the decor, the free coffee, the friendly staff, and the proximity to the Amsterdamse Bos. The prices are good and I will come back again provided the shuttle improves.

The bar offers a very good pizza! Receptionist to hotel on our arrival was a bit more casual than i would like in her customer service attitude. The soap dispensers in the room don't function well. The pump heads come off easily, and you have to put them back on in just the correct position for them to be able to function. None of them were hanging from their wall mounts as designed.

It is a bare bones airport hotel. Booked because of airport shuttle. Didn't have breakfast. Staff did their job but weren't overly welcoming. Price was right.

There are three Ibus hotels that the shuttle services with NO prior info to that effect. So we got off at the hotel stop but it was not our hotel. Had to wait 40 minutes for the next shuttle. Upon arrival the room they assigned had no heat and they had to bring in a space heater.

Hotel was fine. Modern, clean, friendly staff. Very good food in the bar. Only issue was the transfer bus which took far longer than advertised and didn't take all the passengers waiting. If you arrive at a busy time I would advise grabbing a taxi !

In general, quite a reasonable option for an overnight lay over. The stuff is nice and helpful. The shuttle was easy to find, but they have 3 IBIS hotels and ours (Styles) was the last stop from the airport and the fist stop back. Stay at IBIS Airport to save time on that ride. Breakfast was overpriced for what it offered and we decided to have it at the airport. The heat in the room was not working. By the time we realized it, we had no energy for a room change.
