There are three Ibis hotels. I was in the nicest one and it was fine. The shuttle only runs every 40 minutes from the airport which is a nuisance if you miss it. My room was not available when I arrived at 1 pm ( fair enough) so I dropped my back pack and took their shuttle back to the airport to get the train into town. There is no easy access to town from the hotel if you don't have a car. The front desk was not staffed at 6 pm when I returned and a number of us were waiting for about ten minutes for the front desk guy to show up. The room and bathroom were clean and quiet. For an overnight next to the airport, it was good. For exploring Amsterdam I'd find somewhere closer to town.

Very friendly staff and the shuttle to and from airport was super convenient. Only negative is that the plugs on each side of the bed didn’t work, so limited space to charge phones for two people.

Bed was comfortable, courtesy bus a plus but if you miss it, it’s a 45 minute wait. Courtesy bus extremely busy as it visits all three Ibis hotels. Lack of fridge and coffee/tea making facility in room was a negative in my opinion. Only one person working at check in upon my arrival. Had to wait quite a bit and there was no acknowledgement from receptionist.

Worth it

Nice clean and comfy hotel, a bit remote from the hustle and bustle. The shuttle transportation to and from the Schiphol Airport is an asset.
