Worth it

Nice clean and comfy hotel, a bit remote from the hustle and bustle. The shuttle transportation to and from the Schiphol Airport is an asset.

The property did not tell customer what color of Ibis Hotel they belong. We getoff the shutter bus in wrong hotel. Take us more than one and half hour to goto the right hotel. And we only have few hour left for touring the city！ The bus driver did not tell customer which Hotel they arived caused a lot of cufusion！You can Improve by put some broadcast on bus let people know which hotel they arrived to avoid the confusion！

It’s fairly close to the airport but about 30 minutes from downtown by car. Nothing around the hotel so it’s just good for one night if you’re going to or from the airport.

This hotel was by far one of the nicest Ibis properties I’ve stayed at! The beds were really comfortable and clean. Water pressure was superb! Excellent customer service by front desk and bar. The food (pizza) was super delicious as well! 10 outta 10 would stay here again👍

I like that it has a free shuttle to the airport and back and what i didn't like was the fact that someone smoked in their room and ofcourse the fire alarm was activated and we are ask to vacate and didn't get a proper instruction from a staff that its already sorted. So we are out in the cold waiting and nobody said a word.

The property overall was pretty good. But i rate 0 star with the shuttle service, that was the main reason i chose this hotel and this was a situation, i was in the lobby waiting for the bus, and the driver passed without stopping in the waiting area and checking if there is anyone who is leaving the, just because he was late, and that caused me some stress to figure out how to reach to the airport on time since every 40 min the bus pass. So hotel/bus company please advice your personal for please before they didn’t see passengers, just check with the receptionist or security guy if there is any guest leaving or put a big board telling where the passenger has to stand and then the driver can see it👍

It was okay for overnight. It was clean and had hot water in the bathroom and a comfortable bed and wifi, but it had now plugs to charge the phones or ubs devises. There was no ice machine or vending machine. The waiter only worked during supper hours, at other times there was no one in the restaurant. When checking in the desk clerk's English.
