Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were basic. Bathroom was like an XL RV bathroom. Breakfast was standard European and a good start for the day. Very good location for our group: 5/10 min walk to train stops and the underground metro station. 5/10 min walk from the Nemo science center. Grocery store around the corner.

Enclosed capsule bathroom reminded me of a Cruise ship bathroom & needs exhaust fan - gets so stuffy, no air circulation & doesn't smell sanitized

The AC didn't work The room was adequate but bare bones the location was fine the check in was done from a table and computer with no offering of maps or local knowledge. had to ask for everything. no amenities unless paid for upgrade stayed twice, first time no tax, second time 17 Euro tax.

This hotel is in a very good location to use the metro. The Staff was very friendly, spoke English very well and were very helpful. The room size was adequate for our luggage. The Bar area was convenient.

Was clean and tidy. Very basic. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Staff where friendly. Close to the main streets. The bar closed quite early went back to the hotel for a drink on a Saturday night before bed and the bar had closed more and more hotel guests where also wanting to have a drink but couldn't. Where told they could make a tea or coffee.

Excellent value for the price. Very walkable to NEMO, Maritime Museum, starting point for many excursions, and short walk to Dam Square or central station. Shower sparkling clean. Nice view of canal. Buffet breakfast was eggs, sausage/bacon depending on the day, breads, yogurts, salad, rolls, ham, salami, cheese, fried potato rounds and beans in sauce.
