I arrived a little after 6 pm and the door was locked and I had to be let in. My room was around the corner from the lobby. This made the room very loud. Every guest had entered passed my room to go to theirs I could hear, every guest that went to the lobby I could hear. Every guest that stood in the lobby, I could hear. The room was otherwise comfortable, the breakfast was good and the location is a quick walk to the central train station

The hotel is located near to many restaurants, canals, train/bus station. Very quiet, clean and the staff are very friendly. We will be back!!+

Location is great next to Ámsterdam central but the hotel or at least the room where we stayed it’s bad. Water from shower took a very long time to drain. We asked to get it fixed and they didn’t do anything.

There are steep stairs to reception however there is a lift for suitcases and the disabled. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were cleaned regularly. There was an issue with coffee machine leaking. We had to use room towel to soak up water. We reported it. However, we were not made aware of the problem and whether it was sorted. We had no idea as towel still under machine. There were no instruction on how to use the coffee machine. This would be useful. More tea bags need to left in room. Breakfast was ok. However, not much variety of basic item after 9.30. Overall it was a very nice stay in the centre of Amsterdam

Staff were nice, but not so welcoming. The room was good, but not good with baby because you had give me a twin room and has a lot of stairs, so it was difficult with the baby and the baby car. Breakfast was good and nice location of the hotel!
