The hotel is located in a good spot, the staff are INCREDIBLY NICE and ATTENTIVE and are the best part of the hotel. Our room was ok for three beds, does not have AC, only one window and the bathroom reeked of sewers the whole time we were there. The hotel is super clean, the water from the shower comes out and gets all the bathroom floor wet, no extractors, so it got hot.

The hotel itself is clean with excellent staff however it was so hot that we couldn’t sleep with no air conditioning. That is the one thing I would mention in the write up about the hotel as seniors with breathing issues could experience great difficulty.

The rooms were extremely hot. Even with room fans that were provided, it was extremely difficult to sleep in the hot room. One window that opened didn’t help very much with the cooling of the room. That aside that staff were amazing: helpful, informative and very welcoming.

Loved staying at this hotel! It’s in a great spot, super close to the canals — perfect for exploring Amsterdam. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made it easy to feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Our small Double room was perfect for our needs. It was quiet at night and we were happy to have a tower fan available just in case we felt too warm. Having an elevator was also a bonus.
