My biggest and only compliant is that I added a two course dinner for 12/10. I checked with the hotel prior to the dinner and right at the end of the dinner to see how to pay for the meal. Since it states on the email that it'll be charged to our room. (Which is my credit card). I wanted to treat my mom to your guys amazing restaurant. And received the same answer from both parties. The next day 12/11 we went to our room after a long day of being out and exploring. The key wouldn't work at all, just showing red. My mom and I were both exhausted and so like any good mom she went downstairs to check to see what had happened. She was told that before we could regain entry to our room that the bill had to be paid. It was so embarrassing, even though i did nothing wrong. We were literally locked out of our room for something I double checked multiple times on. Mind you I surprised my mom with the gift of going to the restaurant as well. The restaurant was the fanciest places we've ever eaten at. And it was amazing, and if the bill needed to be paid I would've paid it, instead of being completely locked out of our room. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel is centrally located, which was the prime reason we chose it. Access to mass transit was right outside the door of the hotel. A well stocked grocery shop was just across the seat. Everything was within walking distance. The Hideaway Lounge was awesome as well as the staff and the restaurant offerings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would do it again👏👏👏

Absolutely beautiful room and hotel. It was such a convenient location as it was close to all the shops but also the transport links. We were able to use the trams on a regular basis with the travel card. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. It was definitely worth it!
