The shuttle driver was hilarious, keeping us laughing as he drove us to the hotel. There was some miscommunication at the front desk.But in their defense, they were overwhelmed with the flight that had gotten delayed.And people were spending the night. The room was so comfortable and much needed after a hard two weeks away from home.

The rooms are gorgeous. We did stay in the most expensive room which had the soaking tub up on a platform surrounded by the scenery of the area. The bistro prices were affordable however the two other restaurants on the property were beyond our budget! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel itself was lovely, everything we needed in our room after a long day. Though the amenities were ample, we were quite disappointed in the two restaurants that we visited within the hotel. The Bar and Bistro food was good, but the staff was inattentive even though the restaurant was slow. The all you can eat restaurant was terrible. Considering the price you had to pay to eat there the food was mediocre at best, and most dishes were empty, leaving us waiting or having to come back to get something we wanted. The staff did not maintain any sort of cleanliness when it came to clearing plates off tables and there were two times that our table went up that there were no clean plates available yet about 15 tables that had dishes all over them in the restaurant. I would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this restaurant. There was not even anyone that we could speak to while we were there about the situation.

We chose this hotel for the pool and spa and sky bar. All of which were closed. The room was clean, but had the most odd flooring, not carpet,not vinyl just a weird feeling on feet. We booked a view room for which I expected a high floor and decent view. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and view on the highway. Food was subpar and staff at the front desk hurried. But pushing Marriott program signing. The shuttle was great, on time and convenient.

Our family of three very much enjoyed a triple room on the beginning and the end of our trip to the Netherlands. The indoor pool was clean and relaxing for our family. On site dining options were ideal after long travel days. The best part for us was a corner room to do some plane watching!
