It was just a 1 night stay to get quickly to the airport the next morning. They had some kind of problem with the big shuttle bus but quickly arranged 2 smaller buses so everyone could get to Schiphol on time for their flights. Chapeau.

I know I was not in the USA, however the hotel is under a US company. The lack of basic items in the bathroom, Like a tub mat, soap dish. No good hangers for your cloths. The room was very dark. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not the best, Best Western

When we first got there it took a while for the person to come speak to us. We were early and we could not get into our rooms yet. When we did get into our room it smelled horrible and in the bathroom was a strong sewage smell. We went to the front desk and after a few problems and disagreements, they got us new rooms on the other side of the building.

The air port shuttle was very helpful when you arrive from a long trip. The rooms had good space to unpack your baggage. The breakfast was worth it to pay. And the front desk staff was very welcoming and polite.

There were ants in the room, which was on the ground floor. They were mostly in the bathroom but also on the floor and on the desk. I killed about 10 of them. Besides the ants, the room was very clean. The bathroom smelled like septic. The ants and septic smell may have been related to being on the ground floor? I did connect with the wifi but it was never connected to the internet during my stay. There was a plastic lamp on the desk that was very cheap and it must have been damaged before because when I touched it it fell apart. I was not able to put it back together. The sheets did not fit the bed - they were too big - therefore very wrinkly. I am surprised that this was a Best Western. I've always been happy with Best Western in the past.
