The hotel is next to a construction site & there is no outside lighting (presumably due to the construction) so you can't find your way to the lobby at night safely. The room was good, and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was too hot no aircon working. demolishing the ajoining building so very noisy. tv never worked for our 2 day stay despite remarks from staff saying it would be fixed sooner than later. no bar or restaurant due to renovation

There was no problem with the Airport shuttle service. It was in fact the only plus during our stay. We will be addressing our dissatisfaction directly with the hotel, however Expedia should let clients know when a hotel is under construction and hotel staff are so overwhelmed, they are unable to provide even basic service. Also, your photo above is outdated, this area doesn't even exist.

The hotel is having major building works - which they should have mentioned on their booking website but there was no indication of this until you turn up at the hotel and the place is dusty, full of builders, rubble in the surrounding areas, not even proper access direct to the hotel. Booked 2 nights - on arrival , very poor check in, up to room with a filthy fridge and not very clean bathroom. Completely uninterested/unhelpful staff generally. Asked for corkscrew - didn't have one in the entire hotel, not even the sister hotel next door! Would make for a joyful dining experience with inferior wines. Bar - took forever to get served by the one person working (although there were a couple of others lurking but not working!). Dined at hotel first night = big mistake. Felt like mostly frozen offerings..... crispy prawns turned out to be prawn croquettes = not my idea of a crispy prawn. One of our party wanted salad so was persuaded by waiter to have teriyaki beef salad = which arrived with beef slices covered in teriyaki sauce, a couple of chopped up leaves = not anyone's idea of a salad. Had to wait for ever to get drinks = had almost finished eating before drinks arrived. Second day = room hardly cleaned.... no towels replaced....NO CUPS WASHED FROM THE MORNING. Had to get our own towels from reception, had to use the information board in room to sweep whatever was on the floor to the wall. How this hotel could be rated 4* beggars belief - not even 2*!
