Our sailing water villas are fully equipped, 100% ecological and self-sufficient. Luxury, comfort and respect for nature come together here. From April/May to September the houseboat is docked on open water. In winter rental from a dock in the harbour. This houseboat (built in '21) is fully equipped. The Houseboat is 15 meters long and 6 meters wide. The living room and kitchen are 25m2, and equipped with 3 large sliding doors so that you always have a phenomenal view over the water. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 4 burner stove. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV and a pellet stove. From the living room / kitchen you can directly access the front terrace. * This specific houseboat does not have a roof terrace.

The Houseboat has 2 bedrooms (1 bed is 1.80 x 2.00m and the other bed is 1.40 x 2.00 meter) and fixed wardrobes. There are also large sliding doors here, so that you can take a dip in the morning from the bedroom. And afterwards take a nice shower under the warm outdoor shower. Of course you can also take a shower indoors. There is a shower, sink and drytoilet. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is also a spacious double bunk bed (1.40 x 2.00 meter) in the hallway in the Houseboat. Very nice for children.

Before arrival:
The check-in time is between 15.00 and 18.00pm. Earlier check-in is not possible due to cleaning of the houseboat.
This houseboat is moored in a beautiful spot in Amsterdam South.

Check in: You can arrive any time after 15 hrs. Will be self check in with clear route, entree and housboat instructions and video. You access with keybox ands keys.

NOTE:
* Surla rents out several houseboats at different locations. It is possible that the location, the floorplan of the houseboat and the interior in the photos differs from the actual houseboat. All our houseboats were built in 2021-2024.

* Swimming certificates are highly recommended. We will not recommend the houseboat for people with walking difficulties.

* We have a camera that faces outward, and it hangs outside on the front deck. This turns off as soon as the guests come on board. So it is purely for safety if there are no guests. There are no cameras inside.

* We advise you to do necessary shopping before boarding. Standard on board is a few Nespresso coffee capsules, milk, sugar, tea, oil, pepper, salt and a few toilet rolls. We have towels and the beds are made for your arrival.

* We don't let our guests sail with the Surla houseboat themselves.
* No parties allowed.

Our Surla Houseboats are built sustainably and 100% self-sufficient. We have ingenious systems on board that allow you to recreate without using shore power, and we also have filter systems that do not require us to have water tanks on board. We are guests on the water and have done everything possible to implement 100% off-grid and ecologically responsible solutions.
