Check in was a little difficult. Wi-Fi was terrible. We have stayed before and they used to have a nice breakfast but have discontinued that. So overall, we will shop around a little more next time we are in Idaho Falls.

Staff was friendly. Pet friendly location convenient to Mountain America Center and restaurants. Clean, quiet, needs updates, and maid forgot to take coffee filter out from previous guest. Coffee pot was clean

Motel West is a great place to stay. Excellent price for what you get. I’ve stayed there around a half dozen times, and each time was great. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean.

This one is good enough for the price. The room was clean. It's supposed to be a non-smoking room but it still smelled like ciggarettes. I'm not sure if the smell was from the linen or the carpet. I suppose you can't control what other guests do.

Front desk staff were great! It was a last minute booking, but a nice large room, to comfotably accomodate my dog and I, and the pet fee was very nominal! Appreciate that! All staff I came across were very nice.

Good location at a good price. Completely full both nights it looked like. Very friendly staff. The hotel is an older hotel. It has some maintenance issues that need to be addressed like a slow drain and a towel holder that wasn’t secured to the wall properly. Overall a decent place at a good price.

It’s an older motel, with stained carpet and not a comfortable bed, constant loud “humming” noise all night from something, pipe or some sort. Also you can hear water noises from when neighbor using the shower, they don’t have breakfast but do have coffee and juice in the lobby.
