Listed as having breakfast but all it had was coffee, yogurt, bagels and fruit. The room set-up was much like a lower end hotel with the sink right inside the door. The folding closet door would not shut so it stuck out.

The staff was incredible. The room was okay, can’t expect much with price point. But bed was good, shower worked fine and room was okay. No hot breakfast, which I wasn’t planning for anyways. Very close to ISU.

Property is showing its age and is lacking in upkeep. Air conditioner in our room was super loud. Had to wear earplugs to try and block the noise. The one treadmill was broken and there was no air circulation in the fitness room. Property is changing to Choice so maybe they will invest in upkeep.

Very good aside from one significant glitch

Bed was VERY comfortable and room was spacious and clean. We requested bedding for the fold out couch (not comfortable at all, but no fold outs are) and very shockingly, the sheet provided in the bedding kit was dirty—very clearly unclean from bodily fluids. I asked the front desk for another set as the sheets were dirty and the employee was very apologetic and she handled it well. So I have to question how a sheet like that ended up in a bag of “clean” laundry and it made me a bit concerned about the bedding in general, but everything else seemed fine. Other than that very unpleasant surprise, things were very good and very clean.

Found two dead flies and a deaqd roach on the floor of our room. Elevator floor had a lot crumbs on the floor when we arrived and were still there when we checked out the next day. The place just seems minimally maintained, and it shows. Breakfast and lobby area TVs' pictures were all fouled up with a blue hue. Just not very impressive overall for the price. I won't stay there again.
