The property itself was good overall. Cleanliness was so-so, as my wife went around with cleaning wipes and sanitized all surfaces before we settled in. The wipes came out quite dirty. Otherwise it was comfortable and nicely decorated. The third-party company (evolve) that the property owner uses is awful, and tried to charge us an additional fee several days after our stay was complete. This fee was not disclosed anywhere in the description on Expedia and is a predatory practice, nearly a scam. They charged my credit card against my explicit declination of any further charges to my card.

Basement Bungalow - The Way to Go.

Everything was as advertised, clean and comfortable. I was there on business for a few days and enjoyed the peace and quiet of a basement apartment. Highly recommend the location and look forward to the next opportunity in Utah County.
