I booked online. There were Comfort rooms and Deluxe rooms but I couldn’t find the difference. I assumed it was room size and got the cheaper. We ended up getting one of the old rooms with dirty carpet that smelled like cat pee. There is a resident cat living inside the building. My kids were not comfortable but I didn’t think I could complain because I purchased our room on Expedia. As we left we saw the renovated rooms with tile. I would have gladly paid the small upcharge. They kept cold breakfast open late so that was nice but the overall impression is that I paid for what I saw online and got a truck stop motel levels room. I got what I paid for.

Lots of amenities for kids and authentic cowboy bar with reaturant, good food and live band with dancing. Good price. Breakfast was continental. Room smelled bad. Tub was slippery and my husband fell.

Carpets leading to rooms were bunched up causing tripping hazards and tiles on the floor were broken. One of the elevators was out of service. The room was quiet but looked nothing like how it was advertised.

5 stars!! Great Stay!!

This place is pretty terrific!! Despite it being an older building, it is really cute and overall amazing. Plenty of fun to be had here, with the indoor atrium area that boasts a koi pond, hanging chairs, corn hole, and connect four and an indoor pool as well. The Western Horeseman Club has straks cooked to perfection and a great vibe with wonderful service!! The staff at the hotel are very attentive and caring. This place rates 5 stars for me!!

Nice area, bedroom need some TLC.

The location is nice and the pool is a highlight. The breakfast is very basic (waffles, cereal, bagels, toast), but you can purchase hot food like scrambled eggs and bacon. We didn’t like the smell in the room, and the bathroom could use some TLC. The bed was okay, but it was quite noisy at night since it’s right in front of the pool — we heard people walking and running. If you’re traveling with little kids, this place might work for you. We stayed just one night and slept okay overall.
