Everything was good except housekeeping could have been a little better. The whole time we were there they only cleaned one time and I had to ask the front desk for them to come. We had to get linens from the front desk ourselves. And when we checked in the room was not that clean.

The facility’s interior is old looking & by far, the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at. Every corner of the room was dirty or stained. There were dead bugs in the kitchen sink, black mold like stains on ceiling, solid things that looked like droppings of some sort & there was an intense smoke smell even though the room was advertised as a smoke free room! Bedding was also dingy & bed was loud and uncomfortable.

The room was dirty and falling apart. The bathroom/shower had not been refilled with soap. Trim and baseboard was coming apart off the floors. One of the lights did not work. Breakfast was literally just the waffle makers and a few biscuits and gravy. Juice dispenser was broken, no fruit or pastries and nowhere to get water. The pool was out of order for the entire summer.

Could use some upgrades and TLC

We stayed in a studio room. The room was spacious. It had a full size refrigerator with microwave /Airfryer combo. We also had an area with a table and chairs to eat at. We told the clerk that the sink was dirty and he responded with "I guess they didn't clean that room yet." It was after 5p.m. No one came to the room. After I cleaned it, we noticed it was dirty again and it smelled like sewage. The bathroom was spacious but the molding around the bathroom shower floor was covered with mold. The shower floor also felt as if you were going to fall through the floor. The comforter on the bed had holes in it and was stained. It was clean just need to be replaced. The microwave/Airfryer was dirty. Over all the room could use some TLC and upgrades. Good for an overnight stay. The breakfast could also use an upgrade. No juice only coffee. Waffles were great. Biscuits and gravy with no sausage in it. Lots of parking and well lit.
