Bathroom hadn't been cleaned for a long time, build up of soap scum. If it was being cleaned regularly, that wouldn't be the case. Dried toothpaste in the sink with beard hair. I think the sheets were clean, but honestly was wary. There was apenny on the floor too by the bed which is more proof room wasn't being cleaned well. Dead bugs and bits of trash in the hallways so they're not being vacuumed.

There's was no coffee in room which I had been on a month long road trip and stayed in many hotels. The majority had the one cup maker (not the K-cup) which served it's purpose. I have zero desire to get up and dressed before I have coffee!

I paid extra to get a room with 2 full sized beds and a couch bed also. When I got there, the lady upfront checked us into a room. After we went into the room, I realized that there was not the extra bed we needed. I went back downstairs, and told the lady that there wasn't a bed. She said that was odd, and sent us to another floor where the same thing happened. After the 3rd room and her lack of knowledge, I gave up. She called her manager, that stated they did not have such rooms.

Where do I begin?? At the outset, the entry way to check-in was dirty and could’ve been more clean and welcoming. There was trash everywhere outside and everything just didn’t seem inviting at all. The room only had one chair to sit on and the room wasn’t really clean. The breakfast room wasn’t very clean and inviting either. Overall, I wouldn’t advise people to stay there even for the price paid. I would not recommend period! So disappointing
