She truly set the tone for our visit and made us feel right at home after a long day of travel. Every employee we encountered was just as friendly and eager to help – it’s clear customer service is a top priority here. The room was clean and comfortable except the bed pillows, only other drawback was some traffic noise from I-40. This hotel still remains our go-to place whenever we’re in Amarillo. The welcoming staff, great accommodations, and consistent service keep us coming back time and time again. Highly recommend!

Every employee we encountered was just as friendly and eager to help – it’s clear customer service is a top priority here. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an upper-level suite, which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the upgrade made our stay feel extra special. The only small drawback was some traffic noise from I-40, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. This hotel remains our go-to place whenever we’re in Amarillo. The welcoming staff, great accommodations, and consistent service keep us coming back time and time again. Highly recommend!
