Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Spacious room and good selection for breakfast. Nightime reception could be friendlier. Didn't even look at me upon check in (8 p.m. Wednesday)

Absolutely no parking. Cars were parked illegally and there was no open spaces available. Front desk admitted it was an issue but they had no solution for the problem.

Big Disappointment!

I was hoping my stay here would be better than the last hotel I stayed in the week before….it wasn’t. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly, didn’t smile and I didn’t feel a warm welcome. The room was very dated and the carpet looked nasty. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The doors to the rooms slammed obnoxiously loud. The window in my room was cracked and taped. A storm passed through and we lost power for a bit then it came back on. The tv stayed frozen and I was unable to reboot it. I called the desk 2 times and was told it could’ve got fried by the storm. Understandable that it could not have been prevented but the lady at the desk with no customer service skills or personality sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered.

We have stayed at this property many times. The management has kept it in excellent condition, and it is always very clean. An overall update would enhance the value. But no update does not hinder our staying there. The staff was excellent as always.
