The rooms were clean and well kept, and the beds were comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. Everything felt welcoming and relaxing, and we were able to get a good night’s rest before an important morning. The only minor challenges were finding the entrance off I-40 and Soncy, which was a little tricky in the dark, and the fact that parking close to the building and lighting was somewhat limited when arriving late at night. Neither issue was a major problem, just something to be aware of. Overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable stay, and we would certainly consider this hotel again when passing through the area.

Staff were very nice, beds were super hard and uncomfortable, and the elevator made us nervous but it was up to date. Parking was non existent and we were parking in the street with others.

Clerk at check-in anything but welcoming/friendly. No rec for eating. Bathroom door falling apart. Bathroom poor design and very small and cramped. HVAC system very noisy and running almost constantly all night long. VERY ANNOYING! Pipes noisy and could hear though the walls. Parking lot and sidewalks not cleared of ice and snow. Guest safety obviously not a priority. Breakfast offerings subpar. Location was a challenge as far as getting in and out.

One major issue made the stay miserable. The heater would not shut off when the room reached the set temp. We set the heater temp at 68. We woke up sweating a few hours later and the thermostat showed the room temp was 88! We would set the temp at 68, and the heater continued to heat the room. We had to turn the heater off. Unfortunately since it was snowing the temp dropped rapidly. For three days the room was like an oven. I did notify front desk, but nothing was done
