For the price booked online $116 for two days. Yes it is a great deal. Older rooms but pretty clean. I did go back a week later visiting my daughter from Kansas.

Bed was hard and sagging badly. Loud road noise since room is right by the interstate I40. Room was clean and everything worked as it should but would not recommend staying here.

first the good part : Very convenient location(++) , room access from the coridor as well as the parking, reasonably cheap pricing, very low pet cost (++) Now the negatives (not too many) : Rooms are in a run down condition (- , -) and dirty (-), beds / matress are not very comfortable.(-)
