First, the night receptionist was adamant that we did not have a reservation, since she could not find my name in her system. I explained that we. certainly did have a reserved room, I knew I had made this with Expedia, and advised her that the hotel had sent me reminders all day, at least three, that we were being welcomed to our upcoming visit that day. She then asked that I show here these texts and messages on my phone as proof. Finally, she complained that it was Expedia’s fault, since they used my last name instead of my first name. First clue that this place is not well trained in customer service. Then, the toilet in our bathroom had a broken flushing mechanism, causing us to have to take the back off the toilet to make it flush manually. The breakfast was dry, limited and non appetizing. When I asked the morning manager for help with an important fax I had to send, she said, “I don’t know anything about how to fax. But you can go figure it out yourself.” Here’s what I figured out, it’s a strong NO at this hotel. Don’t waste your money.
