The front deck guy gave ys the worst room, the bathroom wasn't updated and I always booked breakfast included, but for some reason this time wasn't included but I wasn't aware of the situation and they denied my husband a cup of coffee. The housekeeper was very nice and sweet. ☆

Love staying here, sitting on the balcony and watching ships coming and going from the canal as well as the many birds (Toucans, Pelicans, Frigates, and many others) Staff goes above and beyond. My flight arrived very early. Front desk held my bags so I could go sight seeing and had a room ready when i returned. Restaurant on site also.

Property was in a good location for the areas we wanted to visit. Parking was wonderful for we had a rental car. A little dated, the rooms needed some love like art and dusting and pool needed some tile work. Staff was very good and attentive. The bartender very detailed and so nice. Price was very good.

Great price for an out of the main stream.

This hotel is great if you are going on a cruise ship or returning from a cruise, a few minutes away. The location is a good 15 minutes to Old Town. Longer if you need night life in Panama City. The room was quiet, and A/C was good. Bed was comfortable, lots of room. No hot water in the evening for a shower, but hot water in the morning. The TGIF is on site, with average food and prices. In the morning the breakfast buffet was plentiful although the scrambled eggs were cold. The bar selection was minimal. There is a small coffee shop next to the reception. The spa was not working. The pool was clean, but so many of it tiles were missing. Only 6 pool towels were present, and in use. There was nothing of interest in or around this hotel. For the price, this was a good deal. I would stay here again if only coming/going on a cruise.
