Clean room. God welcome. Lots of TV channels. Breakfast wasn’t inefficient, queue to get seated. Have carry out cups which is great for a tea to go at the end but all machines switched off. Was told breakfast ended at 1030, corrected him, 11 on Sunday

Amazing stay. The room was spotless and the service was amazing from check in to breakfast and housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was fantastic all clearly labelled with allergens, everything kept topped up and the quality was excellent. Lots of options available.

Check in was smooth and we were allowed in early ! Welcome cookie on arrival , room had iron and fridge with tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water - quiet and spacious . Check out was the same and bags retained until we returned later on in the day Perfect location for the railway station and only 25 minute walk to Leeds Arena - great in house bar and restaurant.
