My son Mathieu and myself own this little gem in the heart of Altea.
We both are French/American and speak multi languages

Fully equipped 2 bedrooms appartment , minutes from the beach and the church, Easy parking (big lots right across, as per photos) Terrace with ocean view, the living room has a big screen TV, and a dining room corner.
2 bedrooms with very comfortable brand new queen beds,
bed sheets, towels all included
1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom both with toilets, blowdryer and iron included
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, silverware , dishes pans and you name it.
Very romantic and extremely well located , surrounded by restaurants and 5 minutes walk to la Roda Beach, right in the heart of Historic Altea Village.
in spite of the surrounding the appartment is very quiet and peaceful.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

The apartment is comfortable and in a very quiet area bordering on the old town. The only thing that may be difficult for some people is the steep climb and many stairs to get from the beach level to the front door.

Nice, newer bungalow, very clean, lacked a few kitchen niceties (utensils and glasses), accessible mainly on foot in hilly town. Mostly well-equipped, A/C worked fine, great view.

Advantages. Generally beautiful cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, good beds, air conditioners, located close to the center and 8-10 min walk from the beach: descent to the sea and home - uphill. Disadvantages. Poor quality cleaning.A bunch of flies, ants, spiders alive and dead everywhere - floor, toilets, terrace.

Très bel appartement bien décoré. Au pied de la vieille ville et à 10 minutes à pied de la mer. Pas de parking privé dans la residence mais plusieurs parkings proche du logement. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour stationner. Jacqueline nous a envoyer une video avec les explications pour arriver au logement. Nous avons eu un probleme avec Netflix qui a ete solutionner en 30 minutes à peine. Jacqueline et Mathieu sont des hôtes très reactifs. Merci beaucoup a vous 2. Experience à refaire
