Incredible house with a huge infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor cinemas, and plenty of sunlight.

This villa is an audiovisual spectacle that will leave you speechless.

We will continue to improve the house in 2025, following the impressive renovation of the ground floor and pool area recently completed (you can see it in the photos).

Starting at Christmas 2025, we will have a new kitchen with an island and a 90-square-meter living room on the first floor, new floor-to-ceiling windows, new LED lighting, a new 100-inch TV and a new 4K projector in the living room, and another pergola on the front terrace, in front of the new living room. All of this will be available by Christmas 2025.

Incredible property located in an unbeatable location, with the best views of the city of Almuñécar, with spectacular views of the sea, the city, and the Almuñécar plain. Facing south, it receives sun throughout the day. It is extremely spacious. The luxury of this house is reflected in its amenities.

A huge infinity pool with two waterfalls, an 8-person outdoor jacuzzi, an outdoor cinema with music, and heated indoor cinema rooms, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, a charcoal barbecue, billiards, ping pong, darts, gym equipment, and high-speed Wi-Fi (1 GB). Thanks to its 470 square meters of usable area, the house is very spacious.

A magnificent house, a game room, and a spectacular 70-meter lounge, right next to the incredible 11-meter long by 5-meter wide pool, with an outdoor projector to enjoy movies and videos at night on its 200-inch screen.

An exclusive indoor cinema room and three projectors spread throughout the house (with 150-inch screens and UHD 4K projectors) are a true visual spectacle. In addition to three 75-inch televisions and an 85-inch television, we have a computer, an outdoor jacuzzi with a barbecue, 1 GB fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house, and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms.

We maintain the pool water temperature at a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius year-round, at no additional cost, included in the price. We have abundant energy thanks to our solar panel system that supplies all the house's electrical needs.

On the ground floor, in the pool area, there is a 70 m² multipurpose room with a large sliding door that gives access to the enormous infinity pool (11 x 5 m). Here you'll find a home theater, a bedroom, two bathrooms (one indoor and one outdoor for pool access), a kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area, as well as a large 200-inch outdoor movie screen for unforgettable evenings.

On the first floor, there's a 55 m² living room, two bedrooms, a 35 m² kitchen, and a bathroom, all surrounded by spacious terraces.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with three bathrooms, all en suite.
In the tower, there's another bedroom with two single beds.
