This magnificent and spacious three-storey terraced house is located in an exclusive residential area on top of a hill! Casa Palmera, charmingly decorated, has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet, as well as a large living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, offering plenty of space for the whole family.
The house also features a terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the outdoors, relaxing and comfortably taking in the views. It is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax with a refreshing drink.
The residential complex offers two shared swimming pools, one of them an infinity pool, where you can cool off and enjoy the sun. One of the pools is open all year round, while the infinity pool is available from June 15th to September 15th. Although located in a quiet and serene area, you will be only five minutes by car from the city centre. And best of all, the views from this house are simply spectacular.
