There was no internet connectivity WIFI is not available also there is no cellular coverage. Hotel does not provide overnight stay facilities for taxi drivers.

The property was made very well and had a good view of the mountains but it could do with slightly better maintenance. But nonetheless it was a great place to relax with amazing service from The courteous staff.

Rude staff and unprofessional manager, Bad food.

Worst experience ever. They don't clean properly and also they don't know how to treat their guests. The Quality and Quantity of the food is also bad. They charge very high for poor quality food. And to make more money they serve it in small bowls which make u order more and pay more. When complaint against one of staff poor behavior the manager of the hotel wss inconsiderate. Like always I read reviews of the hotel before booking it. But this was a huge mistake

Serene Location surrounded by mountains

The road from Ramnagar to the Hotel is a pleasing journey. Just a glance of the property and you fall in love with the surroundings. Food was great and hotel staff were very sincere. I may plan a trip in future..

It was a horrible experience, where our reservation was cancelled despite paying in full. We had a to find am alternative place to stay after having travelled for 7 hours with kids &elderly family members.
