This beautiful Finca sits in its own private fully fenced land with 8 acres of olive, almond and fig trees. There is a wonderful view of the hills and valleys both from the house and the pool. A path from the property leads down to undisturbed walking, hiking and biking tracks which meander for miles. The owners have created a family holiday home with several terraces and large gardens where everyone can find their own place for reading, sunbathing or just chilling on one of the comfortable sun loungers or under the shady pergola. The large freeform pool enjoys the spectacular views with shallow steps for easy access and a diving wall for all the family to enjoy. All the rooms in the villa are on the ground floor. There is a brand new large well equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking space as well as a tv seating area and dining table for 10 people for cooler months. A spacious sitting room opens out on to the front terrace. All the 5 large air-conditioned bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is an outdoor kitchen with a built in charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue complemented by a shaded pergola dining area for 10 people inviting long alfresco evenings. The villa is accessed and set back directly off the road via a driveway with electric gates through newly planted olive groves. . The lovely white washed village of Almogia is only a 4 minute drive away with bars, a very adequate supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, medical centre, tennis and paddle board courts. Close by at Pastalero you will find two excellent bars with good food and camaraderie.

The villa is only 35 minutes from Malaga Airport and all the coastal attractions and golf courses, yet is located in a very peaceful rural position far from the madding crowds. Easily accessible for day trips to the beautiful cities of Antequera, Ronda, Cordoba , Seville and the spectacular Alhambra Palace in Granada or Malaga and its tapas and beaches. The local landscapes are a nature lovers, walkers, hikers and climbers paradise with the El Torcal national park and range only a short drive away with fascinating rock formations and plenty of flora and fauna. Not far away are the lakes at Ardales and El Chorro Gorge with the famous Caminito del Rey path.
