Beach house

Neighborhood was a little rough, not what we expected. Awkward layout but still cool to have 2 separate houses. Communication with owner was great. He responded quickly but the house wasn’t ready for us when we showed up. Cleaning service was supposed to come back to finish cleaning but didn’t come back. Had to ask for more towels and sheets and only got towels. Overall experience was good and owner was extremely nice

Ich habe die Wohnung für 8 Tage für unseren Familienurlaub gebucht. Es war die absolute Katastrophe. Die Zimmer sind mit schwarzschimmel befallen. Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand. Der Kühlschrank ist undicht und wurde mit Klebeband geklebt. Der Boden war schmierig und meine Frau hat eine Knolle Cannabis auf dem Teppichboden gefunden (ich war mit meinen zwei kleinen Kindern 1 und 3 Jahre wohlgemerkt dort). Beim Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung pisst immer der Hund von der Wohnung obendrüber hin und es riecht wie auf einem Bahnhofsklo. Der Hund war frei im Treppenaufgang und der Besitzer nicht da. Er hat meinen Vater angesprungen und wollte ihn noch in die Hand beißen. Dem Hund geb ich keine Schuld. Er ist 24/7 auf engstem Raum eingesperrt und völlig verstört, keiner geht mit im Gassi oder kümmert sich anscheinend würdevoll um ihn. Die Nachbarn links und rechts haben auch American spitball terrier, was für mich stark nach einer Illegalen Hundezucht aussieht. Nachdem ich mich bei fewo beschwert habe und ich Ihnen Bildmaterial und die Lage geschildert habe wurde mir gesagt, dass sie sich schnell um mein Anliegen kümmern und ich werde schnellstens zurück gerufen. (Doch ich wurde schwer enttäuscht. Ich habe insgesamt 6 mal angerufen und wurde immer vertröstet, dass die Bearbeitung etwas Zeit kostet und ich MUSS in der Wohnung bleiben. Beim letzten Telefonat hab ich gesagt, dass wir heute Abend100%ausziehen werden.DieWurdeMirAbgeraten!Nach9TagenKeineRückmeldungOderErstattungErhalten!!!!!!!
