The bright and airy living room includes a cozy sofa bed for relaxing, a TV, and a dining table. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony, complete with seating and a breathtaking view.
The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to guarantee your comfort.
Situated on the 7th floor with elevator access, the building also offers free street parking just outside (available in winter months).

It is ideally situated near a variety of attractions and dining options, primarily benefiting from its close proximity to the stunning Costa da Caparica beaches. Within a short walk, you'll find miles of sandy shores perfect for sunbathing, surfing, and leisurely strolls. Praia do Dragão Vermelho and Praia da Nova are particularly close. For a change of scenery, the Parque Municipal de Santo António da Caparica offers green spaces for relaxation. While major historical landmarks like the Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower are a drive away (approximately 15-20 minutes), the immediate area focuses on the natural beauty of the coastline.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The Humberto Delgado Airport airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
