I’ve stayed here a few times before and had enjoyed my stays in the past. However, my last stay during the weekend of Aug. 1-3, 2025 was not nearly as enjoyable. On Saturday, there was a wedding party in the evening. Some of the clowns from this party decided it would be a good idea to take a huge boombox out to the parking lot and blast music outside until after 1am. Complaints from many guests were made to the front desk, but little was done by the staff. If hotel staff are going to allow events like these to get carried away, I recommend finding somewhere else to stay if you value your sleep.

Found bed bugs and left the hotel immediately. The staff was nice and give me the manager email for the complaint. I don’t think the staff were surprised by my complaint.

The property was nice and upon arrival staff was great. But upon check out staff told me somebody brought a beer and charged it to my room he didnt charge me for the beer but did charge me an additional 75 dollar at check out for a dog fee then told me he could not refund me I had to wait for the manager by Tuesday and had a bad attitude and had smart remarks talking bout calling police and he owed me my money back.

It was beautiful! There was a nice outdoor mall nearby we visited and walked around at. The lobby was so pretty and had a great bar. Welcoming staff at the check in desk. There was some garbage leftover in our room and we let them know and they cleaned it up right away. We loved the bed, it was super comfortable. The bathroom was so pretty. It was a nice stay overall.

Down the street from the Promenade Shoppes which is nice. I use it whenever I visit family and I think it’s much quieter than Allentown properties or the ones around Hamilton and Dorney Park. Feels a lot safer than too.

We had a bittersweet stay this time. We stay here at least twice a year. During this stay we had to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was amazing. They were kind and thoughtful. They even gave us a sympathy card signed by many staff members.
