The staff on the second floor are rude and dont speak or understand English. That don’t clean the bathrooms in the room properly and give out badly stained towels and washcloths as well and bedding. The hallways smells like mildew and dog poop and urine most of the time especially at night. It be people smoking and setting off the smoke alarms and fighting in the parking lot.

Not a bad place. One guy at the desk was very friendly, but old guy was acting like I owed him some money. A big plus is the parking and If you don't have very small kids with you you can walk to Dorney Park. Guy during Breakfast was friendly also.

The sheets on the bed had blood on them on check-in. My daughter went up to ask for a different room. They handed her bedding sheets and blankets for her to change them instead of giving her a different room. Bathroom was filthy. Property was in poor repair and unsafe so we checked out and went to a different hotel.

The bed was "made" with nerds candy and hair in it! Front desk agent told me I had to come down to get the sheets for me to remake the bed (which I refused, so he did bring them to me, except I only got a flat sheet delivered) Floor clearly not vaccumed in quite awhile, dead bug and crumbs were clear indicators, and tv cable cord was coming out of a hole in the wall...

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks
