This Hilton hotel doesn’t live up to the hotel chain’s reputation. When we arrived, the entry hallway was dirty and unkept. When we got into our room, it was shockingly dirty. The interior doors were literally covered in stains from who knows what. With four children with us, I wiped down the handles and stains as best one can using a washcloth. The ceiling in the main bedroom had stains on it, and the bathrooms were run down and moldy. Breakfast was even more disappointing. The selection was very limited. The fresh fruit was soaked in water, and the eggs were also watery. They ran out of hot oatmeal and when we asked for more, they said there wouldn’t be any more. The staff was pretty helpful and kind, but the condition of this facility needs major improvements as does the quality of the breakfast.
