Older comfort inn

Hotel was average and an older comfort inn. The carpet in our room was stained pretty bad. (Room 322). One elevator was out of service. Front desk help was very friendly and helpful.

Smelled

First room smelled like wet dog. 2nd room smelled musty. The rooms need work. The bathroom not very cleaned. First bathroom which was handicap ( which I did not reserve) the tub had cracks and corners of the tub was dirty. 2nd bathroom was not clean either which was as handicap.

Really good for a comfort inn

This was a way above average comfort inn. Highly recommended if you normally stay in places at this price tier. Front desk worker was chill and professional. Rooms were clean and beds were fine. Check out is noon instead of 11 which was awesome.

Only lukewarm water on the fifth floor. Not warm eenough to take shower, microwave did not work, Had to flush the toilet twice for paper to go down. I expect base line service at a hotel . I did report the problem and requested a change of floors none of which was accommodated
