Some positives and negatives

The location was perfect. Near to restaurants, bars and walking promenade. Some noise from the street but not too much. On arrival the host informed that there is some problems with internet connection, but the technician was coming. After several twists and turns and contacts, the end result was that we had no internet or TV for the entire stay. Some of us had planned to work remotely during the week, but now nothing came of it.In one of the flats there was a full renovation going on from 8.00 to 16.00. Luckily we were on golf course during these times.

Central location, excellent communication, lovely bright and spacious apartment

The apartment is situated on a very central street, easy access to restaurants. Each room was immaculate, comfortable beds and nice showers. The outdoor terrace is a bonus. Jacqueline the property manager was lovely and very responsive and dealt with our queries in a professional and timely manner. The street outside can be noisy at night due to it's central location and with the nightclub over the weekend, however we missed the new windows being fitted just by a week! So hopefully this isn't a problem in the future. Bring your earplugs (just incase) and this will be a perfect stay. All rounder great and thank you again for a wonderful trip.

Loved staying on Calle San Francisco! At the center of the social life of Alicante, close to breakfast spots, bars, tapas, the Esplanade and the Barrio. A great meeting spot for friends and family. Comfortable living room, nice beds, 3 bathrooms! Loud at night with neighborhood revelers. But, you feel like part of the city!!

In the center of it all!!

Lovely, airy apartment close to the center of Alicante. The street is lively with foot traffic (busy and can be loud during the night as bars let out) and close to coffee, pastries, and all types of restaurant food. Close to shopping! Close to the Esplanade! Close to the beach! So so fun. 4 bedrooms and 3 small baths. Limited kitchen equipment, but includes washer and dryer.

Alt var som forventet og som lovet via beskrivelserne og billeder. Dog skal lige siges at som 55+ år var der lige lovlig meget gang i gaden nedenfor lejligheden til langt langt ud på natten ( kl 4-5 stykker) . Men vil man bo centralt er det også risikoen . Tak for et skønt ophold

Muy ruidoso

Apartamento muy bonito pero demasiado ruido por las noches. Está en una calle de mucho tránsito y restauración y se escucha muchísimo ruido y es imposible pegar ojo. La limpieza no estaba mal, pero puede mejorarse, algo de polvo en los muebles y las duchas no del todo limpias. El aire condicionado no funcionaba bien. La zona muy céntrica y cerca del puerto y del paseo, el apartamento muy bonito y amplio.
