The hotel location is very central and quiet since the traffic is very limited since it's a restricted area. The hotel is in a good condition and the double room I had was on the 3rd floor with a small balcony facing the little square where there's a church. The hotel has a terrace where breakfast is served and it was nice to go there a few times to work with my laptop from there. My expectations were not high since it's a 2-star hotel but I liked being there for 8 nights.

Excellent location, close to the beach, bus and tram stops and many bars and restaurants. Hotel and room is very clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room we had was a bit smaller than expected, however we didn't spend a lot of time in it anyway. No safe in the room. I Disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open while we were there as that's one of the reasons we booked it. Overall a great little hotel.

Adequate. Roomy appartment was let down by bathroom. Nothing superior about that. Temperature was unregulated on both shower and sink. Not fixed in the time we were there. No cold in shower meant it was too hot to shower, first day. No hw by end of stay.

Lovely small hotel right in the centre of Alicante , very close to beach, shops, public transport. Our room was a newly refurbished room and was comfortable, modern & spotlessly clean. The staff were all wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Lovely Small Hotel

I enjoyed my stay here. It's right in the old town next to Alicante's oldest church and 5 mins walk from the beach. It was warm enough in January to eat breakfast outside. I was in a single room and pleased to see I had a fridge which is very beneficial for hot weather. They have a roof terrace with views of the castle but that was closed in January.

We loved the location and the many updates that the hotel offered. We are Canadians who have travelled to Europe before and understand that rooms are not as large as at home and amenities are slightly different. Very easy to walk to the beach, to public transportation (C6 bus to the airport is 5 minutes away), and many nearby dining options. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Firstly the price for a central location was fantastic. The comfort “A” rooms are much nicer than standard with nice big rooms and bathrooms and have lovely sunny terraces. However some tiles were loose and wallpaper peeling, no coffee machine just kettle. Beds are comfortable enough but not luxurious. Area is central although it’s quite a lonely walk at night and with no reception at night either. The roof terrace bar with amazing views was not open for drinks or food neither was the terrace for breakfast which was disappointing. Breakfast is served round the corner in the cafe which was €10 and very good value. Hotel staff are very functional but don’t go out of their way to help you, but then I didn’t need anything. Overall good value but I’d probably book elsewhere next time.
