Disliked: Cleanliness
This is a beautiful looking property in a fab location, however inside the ground floof flat is a different story. Broken bed frame, No toilet rolls, no wifi, electrics kept tripping, hot water on and off and broken shower, smelt damp. The owners have, since my complaint, subsequently said we caused this which is nonsense and VRBO albeit friendly have failed to resolve despite a number of requests. They should not represent this property until vital improvements made.
