The most recently built and largest of the 6 Polaris World resorts in the area Condado De Alhama has fabulous sport and leisure facilities, kids play areas, bars, restaurants.

At the heart of this impressive gated community is the impressive arabesque “Al Kasar" plaza. Its high, palm tree lined walls, huge dramatic entrance gates and large central pool with constant flowing fountain could fool you into thinking you were entering an ancient Moorish fort in the deserts of North Africa. This magnificent building is actually the resorts main commercial centre. The shaded, promenade runs around the inside of each of its four sides and is lined with shops, bars and restaurants, making it a true oasis under the hot Spanish sun. The Clover Irish bar, La Acacia Italian restaurant, resort supermarket, golf pro shop and community office are all located here.

Condado with its wide-open green spaces, tropical gardens, numerous children's play parks and swimming pools make it ideal for those looking for that healthy, outdoor lifestyle.
