Beautiful penthouse apartment in Algarrobo Costa with Mediterranean views from spacious terrace.

The apartment is 105 m2 and contains 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7 people.

One enters an inviting living room, which is nicely furnished with dining table, sofa bed, TV, DVD, Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and a paella cooker, if you want to try out Spain's unofficial national dish.

The sleeping areas are distributed as follows:
- Master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom
- Double room with double bed
- Children's room with bunk bed and pull-out mattress for a total of 3 beds, football table
- Sofa bed in the living room for 1 adult (or 2 children)

All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, air conditioning and fitted wardrobe.

The terrace has Mediterranean views and is large with its 60 m2, partly covered and very well equipped. There is a large dining table, several smaller tables, outdoor sofas, Weber electric grill.

There are 2 sunbeds, which can be folded together and taken to either the pool or the beach.

Private parking space in the shared garage. The area is also secluded and you have access to paddle tennis all year round. The swimming pool is open during the summer months.

The apartment is a short walking distance to the seafront, which by far is the Costa del Sol's longest.

There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in the area if you do not want to use the apartment's well-equipped kitchen. You can start with morning coffee at the local bar located on the other side of the road. On the beach there are several recommended restaurants and restaurants at very affordable prices.

A good apartment a short walking distance to "everything". You can take a taxi or bus from the airport and renting a car is only necessary if you want to experience and experience Andalucia.

It's a good job we don't get stressed

A wonderful, spacious apartment in a good neighbourhood. We spent a month here and from start to finish we were let down by one particular person from the property management company who refused to take our calls regarding a faulty underground car park fob. Our car was stuck down there for 5 days over Christmas, everyone was on holiday and we couldn't get out. Eventually the owner drove over and gave us a new fob 3 weeks after we first reported the fault. Wonderful response from the owner, bad response from the rep. I'm sure lessons have been learnt and they shouldn't detract from a very good, value for money apartment

Algarrobo for five months

Apartment had everything we needed. Great washing machine didn’t use the dishwasher so can’t comment but everything else was fine. Good position for bars and the beach with some really good Spanish restaurants. Tim our contact looked after us very well and was always on hand for any questions. We do like the afternoon winter sun which we lost 4ish because of the covered terrace which we are sure is a godsend in the summer

Great base for a week away. Top floor so won't suit everyone but plenty of space indoors plus a huge balcony outside. Air con does an adequate job of keeping the place warm in the cooler weather. Handy for the resorts, airport & beach. Too cold for the pool in Feb (closed anyway) but spent a few hours on the padel ball court which was great. Everything you need is within walking distance, did plenty of running & cycling which the area is perfect for. Most restaurants were open so plenty of choice, lots of shops & supermarkets to choose from.
