It is located about 20 km. from the capital, Palma and 15 km. from the nearest beaches in SA rapita, Colonia de Sant Jordi, Santanyi, Es Trenc, Ses Selines, etc... Its tranquillity and multitude of attractions make it an ideal village to visit. For nature lovers, it offers the possibility of penetrating into mysterious forests of great charm, and to go on idyllic routes. You can taste all kinds of typical dishes, seafood, roast lamb, suckling pig, fried food, etc.

In addition to the house there is a garden of 50000 m2 with a huge swimming pool (18 m x 12 m - 0,50 cms to 200 cms deep), porches, wood oven, pergolas and barbecue. Bed and bath linen included.

The upper floor consists of two lodgings, one of them with two bedrooms, one with a bed of 180 x 200 cm, sofa-bed for children 3-12 years old and the other with a comfortable sofa-bed for two people + possibility of an extra single bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is fully equipped so that tourists can enjoy a rural environment for their holidays or weekends. In all the rooms there is a kitchen (TV-SAT, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils, hot water, air conditioning - heat pump).

The Son Gual golf course is nearby, about 16 km away. If you fancy a day at the beach, the beach of S'Arenal is in the south of the island.
