One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and two of them are located on the upper floor, it has 3 complete bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a spacious dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the outside dining area. Outside there is a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers and outdoor furniture to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue.

It is very well connected by motorway with Palma as well as with the main touristic points of the island. The golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca are only 7 minutes away by car from the estate, and 25 minutes away from the capital city of Palma. Schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung und Ausstattung. Das Grund ist sehr groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Wir konnten sie zu jederzeit erreichen und die Abwicklung im Allgemeinen war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt abgelegen. Daher sind die letzten ca. 2 km sehr schwierig zu befahren. Es ist ein reiner Schotterweg mit großen Schlaglöchern, Unebenheiten und dicken Steinen. Ohne einen SUV ist der Weg sehr schwer zu befahren. Da in der Umgebung weitere Häuser gebaut werden, wird ggf. auch die Zufahrt zukünftig erneuert. Im Allgemeinen dennoch eine sehr nette Unterkunft (auch für Kinder).
