This fantastic typical mallorcan house located at Algaida village, welcomes 8 guests.
Welcome to this wonderful house with a private 6m x 3m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.50m and an external shower. Beside it, a fantastic terrace with a barbecue, ideal to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy with your loved ones. The location of the pool makes it perfect for sunbathing or enjoy the lovely mediterranean breeze in the afternoon. You can also pick up some tree fruits at the garden like loquats, oranges or lemons.

The property has been refurbished and its cosy and bright rooms are distributed over two floors. Its decoration and details, which combine a Mallorcan and modern style, give it a unique and singular touch. It has three living rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a cheerful and comfortable living room with TV, and a separate dining room with access to a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, which serves this floor. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, two living rooms, one with a comfortable sofa and access to a small terrace, and a second one which retains its Mallorcan character. Three bedrooms, all with double beds and a bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with the little ones in the family, we provide a cot and a highchair, and two are available on request. In order to reduce the summer heat, all the bedrooms have air-conditioning and the house provides a fan. In case it gets a little cooler in the evenings, the downstairs living room has a fantastic pellet cooker, and a radiator is also available.


Algaida village is located at Pla de Mallorca, and is known for its wheat fields, peace and a wide gastronomic offer with lovely bars and restaurants where you will find delicious typical mallorcan food. For sports or trips lovers, we recommend to visit Randa, where you can do interesting routes like to Santuario de Cura, with its idyllic views. At 14 kilometers distance you can go and play golf to Son Gual and Puntiró. Through the M-15 motorway you will easily access to a lot of beaches and coves, like s'Arenal beach or Cala Blava cove or Palma city known for the legendary cathedral. if you drive to the south, you will get to the natural and lovely white sand and crystallized water Es Trenc and Es Carbó beaches. Mallorca is full of life in the summer nights, so don't forget to go out and have a drink!

Annual girls trip

Very authentic, the house,pool and surrounding area very clean. It was a very peaceful, relaxing holiday. There are not many restaurants to choose from but pick wisley and they are very ggod. The owner came every other day to clean the pool and take rubbish away, always very helpful and thoughtful. We would definitely return.

Nice accommodation with swimming pool but some points to review

Beautiful house with spacious rooms. Very nice swimming pool. However, the kitchen is under-equipped for such a large house (no wine glasses, no dishwasher, etc.). We expect better when we pay so much for a rental. Other details are to be reviewed: the lack of double glazing for the windows from the street (noise), the wear and tear of the pool seats,... For such a high rental cost, we expect better.

Prachtig huis

We hebben ons bij aankomst verbaast over het prachtige huis. Nog mooier dan op de foto’s. En super aardige eigenaren! Het is in een rustige plaats, maar met de auto kan je makkelijk overal heen. Zo groot is t eiland niet. Super vakantie gehad!
