Nice Location, Poor staff and Poor Facilities

I have stayed two night in the the hotel. First impression was not good at all. the hotel is directly on the Cornish, but I have not spotted it because it has no name shown on the 11 story building..!! What makes it even worse, I tried to call the hotel on the number provided by Expedia, and it was one of the staff own personal mobile phone, and the irony is that guy didn't know how to guide me and didn't know what the building looks like or its colour :D Anyway, the location is great, beach access is amazing. Parking is always tricky so make sure you get the parking card from reception. All hotel have basic services so don't expect to be treated like a guest :D At the two doors of the hotel you will find two fully armed soldiers with a kalashnikov, don't panik it for for your safety as this is an Army hotel :D

Just a good location

Great location but the bed sheets wasn't clean and dust on the floors, the next day there was no water to shower for 2 hours.
