Ideal for a single corporate guest. Located in a beautiful house on the outskirts of Aldeburgh (5 miles from Sizewell and a 15 minute walk from the heart of town), this quiet bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, ample storage, an en-suite bathroom, and off road parking. Guests have a private entrance and the benefit of overlooking the beautiful gardens of the house, with use of the utility room for hot drinks and laundry.
This charming bedroom overlooks the garden and is furnished with an attractive king size bed between bedside tables and plenty or space for you to unpack and settle in with a wardrobe, a dressing table (which could double up as a desk if needed), and a chair. There’s also a kettle with coffee, tea and sugar provided so you can make your own hot drinks.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
A lovely light bathroom where there’s a hand-held shower over the bath, a wash basin with storage beneath, a WC, heated towel rail (towels are provided), and a window giving natural light.
ACCESS
Through the Utility room, turn right and your room is the one on the left at the end of the corridor, you will see the name on the door. There's a fridge in the utility room which you're welcome to use if you'd like to store food and/or drinks.

The room is in a beautiful house in a sought after location on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Aldeburgh; just a 15 minute walk from the heart of town with plenty of eateries to choose from, 5 minutes from the Railway Tavern and a couple of grocery shops, and 12 minutes from the sea. The accommodation has a private entrance through the utility room at the side of the house where the owners reside; they will respect your privacy and ask you to do likewise. There’s an allocated parking spot for you on the gravel drive
