This early 20th-century farmhouse, fully renovated, is located in Aldea del Obispo, Salamanca, just a few kilometers from the Portuguese border. The house blends modern comfort with the charm of traditional local farmhouses. Set on a private, fenced 1,000 m² plot, it offers nearly 250 m² of living space across two floors. There are six bedrooms—four en suite, one double, and one with an accessible bathroom for guests with reduced mobility. Heating and hot water are provided by an oil boiler. The communal areas feature a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen for up to twelve guests. A dedicated workspace with computer equipment is available for remote work. Outside, enjoy a covered porch, private pool (open June 1 to September 15), barbecue area, and on-site parking. Pets may be allowed at the owner’s discretion; please check with the host via the booking platform. Explore the nearby Border Fortifications Route, showcasing defensive structures from pre-Roman times to the 18th century—all within 30 km. The area’s gentle hills offer marked trails perfect for hiking or cycling; the GR80 trail passes through the village.
