Die Vorfreude war groß ... wir wurden aber erstmal enttäuscht

Unsere Anreise wurde leider auf sehr früh morgens verschoben, dafür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts. Aber uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir ab 12:00 Uhr das Haus beziehen, bzw. schonmal unserer Koffer abstellen können. Wir haben dann übermüdet und bei Hitze vor dem Haus gewartet ... mehrfach haben wir telefoniert und uns wurde erklärt wie wir die Tür öffnen können, da sie nicht abgeschlossen sei ... leider war sie aber doch abgeschlossen und bis uns das geglaubt wurde und ein Mitarbeiter kam um aufzuschließen, waren 2 Stunden vergangen. Endlich im Haus kam wir leider gar nicht mit den Zimmern zurecht, da die Beschreibung in Fewo-Direkt nicht mit den tatsächlichen Örtlichkeiten übereinstimmten. Es wurden 4 Badezimmer und vier Zimmer beschrieben. Die Zimmeranzahl hat gestimmt, aber anders aufgeteilt als beschrieben. Damit konnten wir gut leben ... aber das anstatt 4 Badezimmer nur 2 Badezimmer vorhanden waren, fanden wir schon mehr als ärgerlich. Ein Bad haben wir dann noch im Außenbereich (!) gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr groß und man hat tatsächlich sehr viel Platz. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, dafür waren aber reichlich Handtücher und auch für jeden ein Badetuch für die Liege im Außenbereich vorhanden. Die Küche ist funktional und mit ausreichend Geschirr ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Liegen ist sehr schön und auch die Möglichkeit draussen zu essen wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Es gibt zwar einen Stellplatz für den PKW im Außenbereich des Hauses aber leider ist das Tor nicht zu öffnen, sodass der Wagen doch vor dem Haus stehen muss und leider der Parkplatz dann auch schonmal besetzt ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist okay ... man kommt in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuss an den Strand und auch in den Ortskern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verlebt, würden aber diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Auch, weil wir von der hinterlegten Kaution nochmal € 84,00 für Strom abgezogen bekommen haben - für eine Woche !!!!
