Welcome to this fantastic seafront semi-detached house with fabulous views of the Alcanada lighthouse. It has a beautiful garden, a comfy terrace and capacity for 6 guests.
The exteriors of this beautiful house will allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean weather while admiring the views of the sea and the Alcanada island and lighthouse. The loungers invite you to sunbathe and relax to the sounds of the sea after taking a ride in the kayak available to guests. A barbecue at dusk is another great plan to enjoy on the property. On the first floor, the terrace allows you to continue enjoying the landscape and the tranquility of the place.

The 2 storey semi-detached house offers a classic and comfortable style. The common rooms are located on the first floor: the living-dining room, equipped with AC, a ceiling fan and a TV; and the kitchen that offers a ceramic hob and the essential equipment for cooking on vacation. Also on the first floor we have a bedroom with a double bed, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor you have another 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, both with ceiling fans. On this floor there is also another bathroom with a bathtub. The equipment of the house has a cot, a high chair and a stroller for your baby, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located a short walk from the Alcanada beach, a paradisiacal beach of pebbles that stands out for the tranquility of its waters and the shade offered by the pine trees on its shore. The most daring ones can swim to the island. The area is very familiar and quiet, with some good restaurants and a grocery store. You will find more services in Port d'Alcúdia where you really can enjoy the Mallorcan summer atmosphere. If your favorite sport is golf, one of the most beautiful courses on the island is just 550 meters from the property.
