We had a great time on a girls' trip. Delta airlines had lost our luggage for 3 days and the staff was incredible kind and helpful with our situation. They helped with plug adapters and essentials that were needed. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast has everything to get your day off to the right start.

Food was very good and offered great variety every day with different dinner themes every night. Only some desserts in the evening buffet were too industrial. Excellent breakfast. I didn't enjoy that most of the facilities are indoor (gym, spa, and restaurant are in the lower ground) as it's not very scenic. It would be nice to have an outdoor stage for shows or a proper outdoor dining area. The entire hotel was very clean. The room was good. Very attentive staff. Close to one of the best beaches with no crowd, even in peak season.
